Eligibility

Who qualifies.

Membership is open to:

  • Practicing Thought Leader Liaisons, field medical liaisons, and adjacent field medical roles at pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
  • Medical affairs directors and above who lead or sponsor TLL teams.
  • Senior commercial leaders whose work intersects directly with TLL strategy.

Recruiters, consultants, agency staff, and vendors are not eligible for membership. Partnership opportunities are available separately through the Supporters program.

Common questions.

Is membership actually free?

Yes. There is no fee to join or renew. The Consortium is supported by Momentum Events and by the Supporters program. Members are never asked for dues.

How long does approval take?

The advisory board reviews the application pipeline weekly. Most approvals happen within seven days.

Will my employer be shared with other members?

Your employer is visible in the member directory. What you post, read, and attend is private and not shared with your employer.

Can I nominate my whole TLL team?

Yes. Contact the board chair through the Contact page and we will walk you through a team nomination.

What happens in the roundtables?

Quarterly, small-group virtual conversations, 60-90 minutes, on a topic the board selects. Chatham House rules. Not recorded.

What is the Supporters program?

A separate track for service firms and vendors that want to underwrite the Consortium's education mission. Supporters do not get access to member conversations or directory.
